If you are angry that children are hungry (while school cafeterias throw out enough to feed a third-world country every week) then you need to focus your energy on programs like food pantries. If you are still unsure, try different things until one of them ignites a fire in your heart that doesn&#039;t go away.

Also your local Citizens Advice Bureau may have a list of organisations seeking volunteers. There are all sorts of things you could do:-  work in a charity shop or museum, WRVS, League of Friends at your local hospital, etc</description>
